I’ve been working on thinking about a design aesthetic for The Estate of Things for quite some time, with ideas varying broadly from illustrative, to photography based. Neither Sarah nor I are graphic artists. We have worked with a few amazing folks who have volunteered their time to help us whittle one down. Still undecided however, I’m now embarking upon a new inspiration.

We are both writers (not just our blog y’all). …. Sarah and I have journals dating back to a tender age… 12 for me, Sarah – when did you start journaling? So, I’m thinking about developing a new blog layout that incorporates some texture and the rough feeling of a journal – I think…. I just got started with the WordPress Thesis theme for its versatility, we’ll see how it goes. Drop a line if you have experience with Thesis.
